Workshop Facilitation
Make your next team experience count.
Workshop Facilitation
The best facilitators keep the overall participant experience front and center. They frame the right questions, move a group towards consensus, bring out the best in participants, and encourage groups to make strategic decisions that stick.
We offer professional facilitation services for workshops, retreats, and training sessions that are engaging and deliver high value. We have experience facilitating workshops that cover a broad range of topics such as business planning, team building, creativity, coaching, and communication, among others. We have facilitated dozens of sessions ranging in audiences from 10-2,000. Whether you need us to consult to you on how to design an effective retreat, facilitate actual content, or serve as the MC, we have you covered.
We train your team in facilitation skills
In addition to customized facilitated sessions, we also offer facilitation training for teams ready to build their internal facilitation muscle. This training provides professionals with the facilitation skills they need to hit the mark with every workshop. We offer two training courses – a beginning and advanced. Based on where you are in your development, you can take one or choose both.
Introduction to The Art of Facilitation
This course is perfect for new facilitators looking to understand the most important aspects of planning and facilitating an interactive and productive workshop, training session, or meeting. Focus areas for this course include the traditional teaching role of the facilitator vs. the facilitator as coach, co-creating with your audience during the design process, and the importance of taking stock at what is at stake for participants.
The Art of Facilitation, Advanced
This course is intended for experienced facilitators looking to dive more deeply into the making the experience in the room count. Topics in this course include stepping powerfully into your role, adapting in the moment if things don’t go as planned, handling difficult participants, and adjusting your style based on the audience. We will also share our top 5 worst facilitation moments (yes, they really happened!) and how to manage through them like a pro.
